I am more in awe of her than I was of Greta 1478 Posts 1/04 | I am taking a drug that I use to help treat pain caused by my diabetes that is also an antidepressant. Unfortunately, one of its side effects is delayed orgasm. In my case, my ability to cum is totally blocked by this drug. Also unfortunately, I suffer a lot from testicular pain from disuse, aka blue balls. I'm writing here because none of my doctors can come up with a solution for this problem other than getting off the drugs, but that leads to other problems that I won't deal with here. Let's just say it's very annoying. Besides the drug does do the jobs for which it was designed. What can I do to get back my ability to orgasm? Everything else works OK. I have no trouble with erections. Can I improve things with diet, supplements, or perhaps direct prostate stimulation? Are there others here who share this difficulty? Help! lordish [Link] |

When you feel yourself hovering at the peak just before orgasm, pull them out. This could put you over the edge. Just be sure the beads you purchase don't have absorbent string holding them together. You want them connected by a material that can be thoroughly cleaned. Of course lube is a must for these products. Whichever lube you like, make sure you use more than you think you need. You can never have enough back there. If it starts to get sticky, just add water. Slicks it back up. I do not recommend supplements for anyone with an underlying medical condition. Most herbal formulas are erection pills, and you don't need those. What you really need is increased sensitivity. For that I recommend you purchase one of the topical clitoral stimulation products marketed for women. They have the same effects on men's genitals, which are temporary dilation of the blood vessels, and increased perception of temperature and texture. My favorite is WILD by System Jo. An alternative is Orgasmix, but I only recommend it be used for 5 minutes or less. Don't apply it until you think you're near orgasm. It contains an amino acid which, while effective, can also leave you feeling raw. I wish you luck in your efforts. I know how frustrating it is. I'm a woman, but I deal with men every day who experience the same problem. I always tell them to keep trying. If one thing doesn't work, try something else, or a combination of things. It's amazing to me what doctors don't know about sex, and how little they care about their patients' sexual health. |

You can't play with one thing without affecting other things for better or worse (usually both). It may not be a soluable solution with your current meds. I bet you'll end up on other medication instead, sooner or later. |

If not, I believe it would be valuable for you to do so. During the course of Pagoda's work experience, she's become (it seems to me) an astute and knowledgeable sex educator. Her suggestions sound excellent. In terms of Aneros's products, I think their [ invalid url ] is also worth looking at. Good luck and keep us posted! |
