All of this assumes you're using a PC/Apple-based web browser. Not a phone. In the upper-right, it says "Logged in as YourUserName". Below that is a "Profile" link. Click that. Near the top of the screen are 9 options, starting with "General", "Password", and "Email address". One of those options is "Avatar". Click that, then follow the instructions.
