After surfing the net i was wondering again ... how can it be that stuff that can obviously not be sold or distributed on DVD (i don´t mean animal or child stuff) be "legally" available on the net ? My understanding of something being considered "obscene" is the people who make these kind of decisions don´t want "that kind" of stuff to be available to people or to a certain State/region/etc. . So, why is it "legal" to produce and have it available for everyone on the net ? And please don´t tell me i have to check my "comunity standards" first if i want to get stuff like that.
