I've heard before that it's hard to be male talent because you have to stay hard for hours, stay hard through stills and reshoots, and pop on command. All while dealing with female talent who may not be all that pleasant to work with.

I know not every guy can do it, but for the ones who can and have made a career out of it, how do they do it? Are there any sources out there (books, interviews, message board posts, etc.) that explain their process for getting through scenes? Or is this information largely gate-kept? I feel like with the rise of OF, more men are getting into the adult content space and while I know it's not the same as working for a studio, to some degree you have to know what you're doing to make the scene look good.
