Hey guys

I've been lurking here for the last couple weeks and this is my first post.
I read this book by Barbara Keesling about how men can exercise their PC muscles to the point where with a tight PC squeeze they can have a FULL orgasm without ejaculation, which allows them to keep going basically since it's ejaculation that is responsible for the refractory period.

Well, is she full of crap? I've been training my PC muscle for awhile now, and it is quite strong and I'm no where close to being able to do this. Can anyone here? Does anyone here even KNOW anyone that can do this? I learned when I was young how I can have little "mini" orgasms but I could never go totally all out and squeeze the pc to keep from ejaculating. Not close.

I'm mainly just curious because I've asked around before and I've enver found anyone that can do what she claims can be done in this book. Ok thanks. Cya

Hi Oroboros, you little snake, you.

You might find this thread on multiple male orgasms interesting. It it from the Sex Talk FAQ.

Evil_Rip has some experience with this, and he went into it a bit here.

I have talked in the chat room with a couple of guys who have had multiple orgasm experiences, but like my husband, they didn't know how to replicate it. Or they thought the orgasms were less complete.

I don't want to be the last word on this, and I am also always looking to hear from people with this sort of experience, so c'mon people, jump right in here.

I've experienced what Oroboros describes as mini orgasms by squeezing the pc muscle. I can sometimes do 3 or 4 sets of these. As far as all out let her rip then squeeze that takes a lot more self control than I usually have, and isn't worth the trouble for me. Once I squeeze it ruins the rip so to speak, but it does keep me on a plateau. It's kind of like riding a wave. Depending on my state of arousal, I can often go again with no refractory period and sometimes go for a third.

I think a lot of people write books to sell books. And sex sells.

That doesn't mean that there isn't some relevancy or truth in their subject; but when the subject is sexual performance, I suspect there is too much variation in people for any sex manual to be completely relevant.

There seem to be many techniques to delay, prolong, and/or enhance orgasm. I doubt that any of them is "the answer." My guess is that they are all trade-offs in terms of the over-all experience for the user. Treat them as a sort of Chinese menu. Select a few from "column A" and a few from "column B" and go with what feels best for you.

If you want to delay orgasm have your doctor prescribe Effexor, an antidepressant, try to get 150-300mg I took it for depression (it works) and was able to have sex for hours. If I hadn't had sex in a few days I would last 15-20 minutes. But if I had it would be more like 30 minutes. And if we did it twice in one day it would be 45-60 minutes etc. I am no longer depressed but I wish I had stayed on Effexor. I think most antidepressants do the same, but I have taken Welbutrin, and Lexapro without similar side effects (for those who are happy with their sex life).

Side effects of Effexor:
That's from the pharmaceutical info sheet, available from any pharmacist.

Repeat - "abnormal ejaculation/orgasm and impotence in men."

I havent been able to do this, but I have done the opposite. I have been able to ejaculate without having an orgasm. Essentially, you just go SO slowly and keep backing off from an orgasm until you ejaculate, but the feeling is not enough to make you orgasm. The fact that I can do this (i got the idea from a website, so i am sure others can do it too) leads me to believe that ejaculation is not the only cause for the refractory period. I mean that after I ejaculated (perhaps it wasnt the full amount), I could continue to masturbate. Normally, I would lose my desire, but this didnt have that effect.

Anyway, this method you are describing seems dangerous to me. What you are doing is just holding it in, which is equivalent to holding in your urination. Ive always been told that holding in your pee is bad, and over time you could lose control of your pee. Does it not concern you?
