Is there something you buy at the drug store? Do you just do it yourself in the bathtub? I am very ignorant. I have seen anal sex in porn, and it seems very clean. But honestly.....if the "dirty" aspect of anal does nothing for you, why would you want it? Sure, it's tight....for a couple of minutes until the sphincters loosen up and then it's pretty much the same unless she's got a really tight ass.
