As far as i know, adult performers are not tested for genital herpes and "minor" STD:s like that, does anyone have any idea how widespread this is? Genital herpes is uncureable and you're stuck with it for life, is this something that most adult performers must live with?

i dont know, but herpes and chlamidia are most common stds in porn. Aids is much less common but some girls and guys got infected. In porn there is all time risk of stds infection no matter you are clean and take care. But i was lucky, in all years i worked in porn i only got lice.
