Anderson and the Legacy of Cthulhu Stay the hell away from this game. It is one of the most confusing I have ever tried to play. No joke, loading a game takes nearly 5 minutes and I have a decent computer. If you like C'thulhu check out the game Bethesda put out last year, it actually gives me the creeps. [Link] |

I am just so used to FPS's that to forsake mouse aiming is like someone kicking me in the balls every time I miss a zombie. I even patched it and it still sucks. Does anyone have this game, is there any way to make the mouse work? I think the problem was a rush job console port. And game companies wonder why people pirate games. So they can make sure they don't suck balls before I spend my 40 bucks on them. I can't bring myself to steal from companies who make software, but please at least respect my intelligence and don't sell me junk. No wonder it was used. [Link] |

The arrow keys move the camera (which seems to be the only way to aim) And Left shift readies the knife, right shift readies your (useless) gun and left control runs? My keyboard is not a joystick, where is my mouse camera and aiming support? There is a crack for the game to let you use the mouse for aiming but it REQUIRES a pirated version with a NO-CD crack. So far I have made it into a farmhouse where a guy with a chainsaw sneaks up on me so fast that I can't shoot him. After reloading the game 12 times I am almost mad enough to microwave the DVD. Sure the patch took advantage of the pixel shaders and made the game look nice but who cares if I can only get killed? I got past the chainsaw guy once by running away and then I got crushed by a gigantic boulder that for some reason fell out of the forest. I am so tired of paying to play games that infuriate me.
