If the viewer is not yet sexually excited at the beginning of the film. Then the film must start out slowly in non-sexual mood at first in order to sync with the mood of the viewer. And then this film must become more and more sexual over time, but not so fast as to leave the viewer behind with feelings that don't match what's going on. Then this lady will get the hint and with some ceremony pull out her other tit. Perhaps she would undress a little too slowly.
