I finally got to see it and let me say it's f____ incredible. This is the type of movie I love. It has that hardcore feel from beginning to end. It even has Max Hardcore with a cameo. I think a lot of films get so narrow-banded into one track that once you've seen the girls body you could press pause and create the rest of the scene in your mind. To continue the football analogy, there was no "unnecessary roughness" in the scene -- the roughness seemed organic to the sex rather than being the "point" or "isolated draw" of the scene, it did not cross the line into physically dangerous activity, and it was dramatically presented as being consensual (in addition, I'm sure -- hard to miss in this particular scene -- to its actually having been fully consensual in the broadest and deepest sense). Ashley seemed to be having a great time throughout, which is key for me (as I gather it is for you, Brandon). I enjoyed the intro interview with Ashley and the subsequent banter between Ashley and Nacho, I liked that the scene took place both outside and inside, and I thought that everything had a very realistic and natural flow. In terms of videography, there were too many shadows and not enough color saturation in the scene for my most intense voyeuristic pleasure, but that was a trade-off for the "naturalism" of it, I suppose. My biggest disappointment was that Ashley's top never came all the way off -- I love full-body nakedness and I wanted to see every inch of her. Anyway, I can't wait to finish the video. The great thing about shooting someone like Nacho Vidal is that he makes the scene without any direction whatsoever. I am sure that he felt great knowing that he was free to do whatever he wanted to do. The fact that Ashly was into him made it even more erotic. I guess that is what upsets me when I read reviews saying that I am too rough with the girls. In my mind, they are only responding to the intensity of the moment. I don't believe I have hurt anyone. Then I see someone like Nacho do such an incredible performance and it makes me wish I had more of a finesse when it comes to the ebb and flow of exchanging/sharing sexual energy.
