So sorry in advance for the vagueness ;) The quality of the picture and styling of the actors and environment suggest it's a movie from between 1970-1980. The scene I saw began with a woman being interviewed for the position of a secretary. This scenario description might also be wrong, but the scene definitely takes place in the "boss's office". The actress has pale white skin, she's american, has long, straight black/brown hair and red lipstick, she looks a little like Catherine Zeta Jones or possibly Tera Patrick, she is in formal dress for the interview. I think the "boss"/interviewer guy was a fat, moustachioed balding 40-something, also white. I think she gets the job, on the condition that she pleasures him.
