Big clue - the movie has a German soundtrack. She's playing the patient of this ugly-looking gynaecologist/ sex-therapist doctor and he has a cute blonde nurse (dressed in a blue smock, no hat) helping him. They strip Daniella down to just her bra, then the doctor peers at her with one of those headband lamps. The nurse assists by holding D open. Both are wearing latex examination gloves. He fingers her, then shoves his fingers up her ass. The nurse has a go as well, then once she is all worked up, they leave and she goes down on her husband/lover who has been sitting watching this going on. There is another sequence from the same movie with another actress who gets the same treatment, including getting both the nurse's hands inserted in her. Any ideas??
