Ok, here it is. I really liked this porn film I saw quite a few years back, and don't remeber the name of it, but the plot is as follows...

A blonde girl is kidnapped or sent to a psychiatric hospital. I remember a male nurse or orderly giving her what he called 'an internal examination', but was really just fingering her. Whilst she is there she witnesses wierd patients walking around masturbating, then she meets with a religious cult-like man, possibly the guy in charge of the hospital, and I recall a white streak through his hair and trashy seventies style moustache. He trains her in the art of sex, even getting her to masturbate for him as he gives her advice and she follows his instructions. At one stage a girlfriend turns up and they get it on (but we don't see it - boo hiss!!), and the only other thing I recall is her becoming a leather clad dominatrix, having loads of sex with guys tied up or in chains. It was wierd, but had a pretty good story that I could actually follow. I'm sure it was american, and more than likely from the seventies era. Can anyone point me in the right direction???

Update - I think I have it - it's called Defiance, available on VSX - does anyone know how I can obtain this film in the UK? I have tried both Blissbox and Vidshop with no luck.
