However - don't think choking is all that prevalent and will often be for a few seconds in a scene. How are they going to monitor tens of thousands of scenes and an endless stream of content? Years ago an Act was passed against content deemed 'extreme pornography' but as far as I can gather there have been few prosecutions. This is typical grandstanding and scapegoating from politicians who have signally failed to combat real-life assaults and murders of women and girls. [Link]
