Don't really have much of it anyway-just some of their yog alternative & what is in chocolate. The drinks I have just started having & have their Soya free ones, their Soya ones seem to have Fructose in anyway which I cannot have-Almond is the best, but the no sugar one just doesn't taste that nice & I just have it in small glasses a couple of times a day. The reason being is that when I shoot something as strong as the lp scenes I don't like to shoot on consecutive days, to give my body time to recover and t also ensure I give the company a performance worth shooting. If I absolutely have to then I will, but is generally prefer to never shoot anal or super hard scenes two days in a row. [Link]
