I have tried to go to that website every once in a while for the last 2 months and it has never loaded. Rame.net loads the first page and all the links work, but I can't seem to search for any reviews which is what I want to do. I always come to this site first for reviews, but there are a couple of movies not reviewed here.

Anyway, can anybody recommend a good movie with Raylene? Something with her in more than one b/g scene and getting facials. I heard As Sweet As They Come is good. Anything else? Thanks.

It's working fine for me this morning...slow as always, but I'm having no trouble. Here's a screenshot of the review index.

It sounds like your domain might have been banned from IAFD...this happens when someone from your location or ISP tries to use a crawler and automatically download the contents of the database. They don't take to kindly to that and tend to ban the offending subnet.

You might want to drop an e-mail to iafd@rame.net to ask.

The same thing happens to me, I always thought it was just
heavy net traffic, but it doesn't seem to matter what time or when. I've pretty much given up.

Let me know your IP address and I'll check if you're in theban list. If you are, perhaps I can remove your subnet... hopefully the site-suckers learned their lesson.

And the same goes for you DB.

Saki -- which part of the site is slow? Response time, processing time, load time? I'm trying to figure out whre the bottlenecks are...

Thanks, all!

Anyone who wants to be well informed before they buy about actresses etc should use iafd as much as they read ADT. The advanced search feature is great to highlight performances by sex act and able to filter out fluff like g/g and masturbation only.

Without tipping my hand too much, we're working on a more "extreme" search interface with more things to filter on (tho interracial will not be one of them) ... probably in time for St. Patty's day...

I tried a different ISP and it works great now. Thanks a lot. I can't believe I didn't try it before.

Glad to hear it.

if using the other ISP is a pain in the ass, lemme know the IP address of the one you were using so I can unblock it.

Assuming you're on Win9x/Me -- to find your IP adress, you should be able to click on Start, Run and type in "WINIPCFG"

If you're on any other windows flavor, open a DOS prompt and type IPCONFIG /ALL...

Class dismissed.

hmm.. oddly I haven;t been able to access the amri for the last few days, and I've -always- been able to get there..

the rame.net page works fine, as does the faq and everything else I've tried...

hmm...

rame.net is made up of two machine -- rame.net and iafd.com.

Someone from a .au domain hammered the crap out of the IAFD recently which resulted in a subnet banning. Perhaps you're an unfortunate casualty of this, scipio.

However, a banning from the iafd.com domain does nothing on the rame.net domain -- so everything there (faq, links, etc.) will still work.

Adult Movie FAQ - We were crawled a few times recently from IPs allocated to .au ISPs. I've got three Aussie subnets banned and would be happy to ban more. I took a good look at the traffic logs and I have an idea who is responsible for it.

We have about 20 subnets on our ban list at the moment. Most are from Japan, Taiwan and Australia.

As an example, I would like to create some easy ways for ADT users to quickly find what they are looking for in the IAFD from our review pages.

Also, a while back I created a means to include usenet newsgroups in our forum here. Kinda like a Deja.com newsgroup reader with our forum interface. It's about 80% completed. Would it be convenient to participate in newsgroups from within the ADT forum?
