Does this happen or is it possible to be in a porn scene with women of your liking? Obviously some horny jack-ass off the street can't just say "hey i wanna be in a 3-some with Rebecca Linares and Bobbi Starr"... But what if this jack-ass offered to help finance or pay a few G's to be in the scene?

haha. well ok is there any LEGAL way to pay to be in one. Like get your porn "license" or whatever it is then help "pay for the production"?

Get yourself a video camera and begin making POV porn.

Yes but again legality comes to mind. How do you pay chicks to do you on camera without breaking the law. is there a license or something? im pretty sure if i had hot and willing girls as "friends" i wouldn't have a need for this!

Most hookers will bring their pimp along to watch if you want.
Just like being on a porno set. For an extra $50, he will yell at you while you bang her.

@Ignatz r u a producer and don't want the competition of amateur POV's popping up all over the country? Why do you think it would only be hookers anyway?

I imagine that you have to demonstrate that the sexual activity was commercial. In other words, for purposes of creating a product to sell, not simply so you could get some strange.
However, why risk jail time over amateur legal advice? Talk to a lawyer who knows the business.

You seem to be all over the place. What is your real motivation? To be on a porn set (and pretend you are a pornstud)? To fuck specific pornstarlets (camera/porn set doesn't really matter)? To have lots of sex (the particular girls don't matter)?

No...
I get this idea pitched to me as a new viable porn biz model about 2-3x per year. And its illegal under Freeman for the person paying for the production also to be receiving the sexual gratification from the other actor.
Even commercial POV movies where the actor and producer are one in the same are not legal...They would still be considered prostitution under Freeman. However I have never seen a legit porn producer prosecuted for that recently.

Maybe someone with a sufficiently creative business plan could get away with it. For example, a "training course" or "seminar" in which the students pay "tuition" to learn about the business and techniques of adult film production. The students learn firsthand about all the main aspects: camera, editing, performing, directing, etc.

I lurk and only posts to the threads in which I feel I can add something...But I am always watching !
As for a "training" course and getting away with something... People commit crimes all the time and get away with it... Still doesnt make it legal.
When someone produces porn they stand on the shoulders of giants. People like Milton Luros (Milton Luros) Reuben Sturman ( Reuben Sturman) and Larry Flynt (he needs no link), who spent time in jail or lost the use of their legs in their fight for the First Amendment and the legality to watch and produce porn. I use to date Milton Luros's granddaughter so I had a chance to get to know Milton and what he went thru and how he founded the industry in the San Fernando Valley. So I think we should show them the respect their deserve and honor their fight and take the gift they have given us and continue down a legal path. Okay off my soap box... continue on...

I think I understand the POV issue as it relates to Freeman. Does two 'partners' switching off performing and producing/filming meet Freeman? PRODUCER A films Partner B performing B/G and then PRODUCER B films Partner A performing B/G with the same or different performer. Essentially two LLCs cooperating. The ECG/ETeens guys in Scottsdale seem to operate this way at times. I think the problems they've had is more related to underage performers.

There are a lot of girls who escort, much more fun :P. You can be anonymous and don't have to perform infront of a room full of people.
