And its illegal under Freeman for the person paying for the production also to be receiving the sexual gratification from the other actor. Even commercial POV movies where the actor and producer are one in the same are not legal...They would still be considered prostitution under Freeman. Still doesnt make it legal. When someone produces porn they stand on the shoulders of giants. People like Milton Luros (Milton Luros) Reuben Sturman ( Reuben Sturman) and Larry Flynt (he needs no link), who spent time in jail or lost the use of their legs in their fight for the First Amendment and the legality to watch and produce porn. I use to date Milton Luros's granddaughter so I had a chance to get to know Milton and what he went thru and how he founded the industry in the San Fernando Valley.
