First off, I don't like SCAT and find it disgusting and not in a good way. If you like it, that's ok, we're all different.

Fisting and Golden Showers are NOT allowed in america porn. It's not really banned by uncle same but by the film industry or whatever. But of course I can import it all I want and it won't be seized. It never has.

I know that obviously SCAT can't be filmed and released in the USA. Can it be imported by people and not get seized or is it officially illegal like child/animal porn is? I've always wondered this. My guess is that if someone had imported it it'd be seized like immediately for sure, but I might be wrong. I mean of course if the package was inspected.

If it's seized will they do anything to people that order it like they can and would do in the UK?

BTW i've ordered some Japanese Bukkkake movies that had SCAT trailers in them (wish I would have known) and they passed ok, but my guess is that they didn't inspect the trailers.

Either way, it doesn't matter to me. I sell import DVDs and I always have customers asking me for Japanese scat, but I refuse to carry them because I always heard it was illegal. Even if it was ok to sell i'd probably refuse anyway due to moral reasons..yeah, really.

Sure it can. However, because of the threat of a potential obscenity prosecution, manufacturers choose not to make it and most stores choose not to sell it. However, there are lots of video stores in NYC that sell this. I know of one on Long Island that sells it too.
Yes it can be imported and customs can't do anything about it even if they inspected it. It is not illegal to own obscene material. It is only illegal to sell obscene material, not to buy it. On top of that, unless a court declares a specific movie to be obscene, it's not. If you're not dealing with stuff involving kids or animals (and I'm not ever sure about animals), you have nothing to worry about.

Selling them, on the other hand, could cause you problems if the government wanted to give you a hard time. Worse yet, the movies that you are importing probably to sell probably don't have the required 2257 documentation statements. Without them, the government won't even need to prove that something is obscene.

Some Japanese movies that I'm interested in feature pissing, so I've been hesitant to order them. Wouldn't customs be pretty good at spotting anything from J List, or other well known porn stores?

Why? There's nothing illegal about these DVD's. US Customs couldn't care less about porn in the first place. They've got their hands full watching out for drugs. Even if they did care, they have absolutely no legal cause to seize DVD's with pissing in them.

The only thing that they have an "across the board" right to seize is child porn.
