I'm not trying to reopen the pissing/squirting debate - there's already a thread for that (locked unfortunately) - this is a question about the legal situation regarding squirting . Pissing flicks are banned in Britain , so I wonder if these squirting vids get the same treatment ? Or do they somehow slip under the radar ? How about the US for that matter , what's the score with squirting/pissing there ?
There is no legal definition because there is no legal standard. As has been noted before, obscenity is left up to each community to define, and that is typically done after the fact. Which is to say, you can't go down to the county courthouse and ask to see if squirting is on the list of obscene acts, because typically no such list exists. And even if it does, the absence of squirting doesn't guarantee its legality in said county.
There are quite a few titles available here in the US that feature urination (not to mention female ejaculation) but if new Attorney General Alberto Gonzales has his way, it will soon be stamped out as obscenity.
I'm thinking I'm a lucky guy 'cause I live in continental Europe and none of those problems are here . Here is almost everything legal except kiddyporn, there are some little differences from country to country but we have not such problems so far
Well, the truth of it is most "squirting" is in fact pissing, so the fact that the feds will probably not distinguish between the two seems appropriate.

An obscenity charge can be leveled at any porn movie because, as I stated above, there is no list of legal acts, and that includes 'squirting.'
PS - If all anyone has to say on the subject is their opinion of whether 'squirting' equals 'pissing' then kindly don't post. A quick search will reveal plenty of existing debate on that score and I don't see the value of doing a rehash here.

In Switzerland it is illegal to sell footage of human excretions (sperm is not counted as that). Unlike kiddie porn, bestiality and violent porn you may possess such movies, though (a concession to robbery?). I don't know if squirting is formally seen as human excretion or not, I just know that once I had to pay additional customs duty for a wrong declaration on the parcel but nothing was confiscated even though there was some squirting footage in it clearly pictured on the cover.
Conclusion: This uptight Swiss guy is waiting desperately for "Swallow My Squirt". (Send me SMS gets a new meaning.) And as for peeing, no matter how illegal it may be there will always be some rebels who go to the toilet every day.

Warning!!! --- DO NOT degenerate this into a pissing contest of whether it is real or not. The question is about the legality of it in movies and whether a squirting movie can slip under the radar.
I know that New Zealand confiscated a bunch of magazines w/ pictures of Cytherea gushing in it, and destroyed them. In the US, nothing's happened so far, but the current administration is too ignorant to know the difference between FE and urination (and wouldn't care anyway). Any excuse they can find to further restrict US citizen's freedoms to get more power for themselves, and to hurt/cripple the porn biz, they'll take it.
Is it OK to respond with 'bwhahaha' when we don't agree with a post. By just sarcastically sniping rather than adding anything substantive to the discussion, it may still degenerate, but at least it will be shorter posts.
