"Squirt" is a mixture of fluid from the Skene's glands along the urethra (about a teaspoon's worth) with liquid from the bladder (up to a pint's worth or more).

But here's what all the argument should be about: the liquid from the bladder is almost pee, but not quite.

Women become aroused from stimulation of the g-spot and involuntarily flex muscles that extend from the vagina to the uterus and up to the bladder - and draw plasma from the bloodstream through the kidneys into the bladder very quickly and without the extra urinary by-products usually introduced by the kidneys over time. This liquid is then expelled through the urethra during ejaculation.

The ejaculate comes from the bladder (duh, consider that it sometimes amounts to a pint of liquid), but it is an extremely dilute form of urine seemingly created during sex just for the purpose of flooding the outside of the vagina.

Yeah, technically it's "pee", but it has a very different dynamic of origin and purpose than pee. And it has a distinctly different chemical composition, sometimes being measurably indistinct from blood plasma.

Even medieval theologians considered its useful function in promoting female excitement and conception.

Why is this debate still going on? Doesn't anyone have any personal experience with this? Hasn't anyone looked into the scientific research?

Experiment with this yourself if you're a woman or a have an ejaculatory woman who wants to investigate this with you. Urinate just before sex, then see how quickly you can bring yourself to the point at which you ejaculate. You'll find that it is much, much quicker than the time it usually takes you to feel that you have to "pee" normally. And you'll end up damned thirsty too.

This whole argument must be part of the old, juvenile virgin vs. whore European obsession, in which female orgasm must be somehow "dirty" or "fake". Whatever.

The woman's body is extraordinarily complex, that was my meaning. Considering that we bleed monthly, why would it be so difficult to imagine that we have a gland that, when stimulated, will produce a fluid that enters the bladder and is thereby excreted from the bladder?

I'm just saying that medical studies, involving chemical analysis of large amounts of ejaculate (not the small amounts identified as coming from the Skenes gland, et al), indicates that it has a chemical signature similar to that of urine - but a very very dilute urine. It's almost as if it is more blood plasma than urine, but it does seem to have come through the bladder and probably through the kidneys as well.

And I have never had any problem with it, personally. In fact, men seem to be sexually excited by the faint scent of women's urine or pheremones therein.

Who knows - there could still be mystery glands inhabiting those regions that will someday explain everything....

Just I was just passing on some info from medical research I've read...

And I don't consider it to be urine at all. Imagine what my old futon would have smelled like after being soaked nightly for years....it certainly didn't smell like a wino's mattress in an alley (please take my word for that).

And there's something to be said for the spongy-tissue theory as well - especially since drawing your fingers over some girls' swollen g-spots can sometimes almost mechanically draw out a spurt....

The poeple that belive (in my opinion) are americans! thats becuase they believe what the american porn market throws at them. In europe we dont have many companies producing squirt films, because weve had them for years but marketed without any prentense as watersport films.
