Here is how the ideal triple A should be filmed (I am getting this from Kat Langer's triple P). The best position for complete verification is the cowgirl rather than the reverse cowgirl (because one is not absolutely sure whether it is the pussy or the a-hole that is getting the 3rd dick). First have the bottom anchor penetrate the lady. Then, have the top guy penetrate the same hole. Both dicks should be long and deep in the a-hole so there is no slippage out of the orifice. Sandra's TAP does not have good camera angle, so if you want to do the TAP, you must do it right with good camera angle.

The best position is the cowgirl position. The bottom guy must be first, followed by the top guy. Make sure the camera captures the entire sequence and then have the third guys slowly work his way in. The third guy needs to have a long but thin dick.
