my first porn, well first one that showed everything is still the one id probably call my favourite.
is it possible to track down compilation titles and buy it or is there so many and no way of doing it?
i remember it was a 4 hour compilation that had Randy West in a barn scene with 2 girls, Dominique Simone, Lynn LeMay, Teri Weigel, TT Boy, Savannah, pretty sure Cal Jammer was in it too.. hard to remember has i got it in around 1997 and havent seen it since. Im guessing cause i got it cheap through a mail order special that it was already a few years old by 1997 so would guess it was released somewhere between 1993-1996
i know there are MILLIONS of comilations but if there was a way of tracking it down i would love to do so
I would kill to be able to buy it again whether that is on dvd or downloading it off a site i have to join.

Not possible, unless you happen to find the VHS by luck in someones home.
Your best approach if you really love a scene on the compilation is to track it down on the original release which is not that difficult if you take the time to do searches on the IAFD.
Similar to you, I had a VHS compilation I bought at Times Square in New York City back in the early 90s. I saved an erotic scene that I still have and put it onto DVD but it had deteriorated on VHS by the time I transferred it some 7 years ago so the picture quality is very grainy. It was a 3 girl on 1 guy scene that I spent a lot of time trying to track down and only recently I am sure it is from Blue Vanities volume #314 and will likely purchase it soon.

i think if i saw it again now id probably find it boring
but
being my first porn ( apart from Hawaii Vice that didnt show anything) it has fond memories for me, like people first albums/movies
i think its also i find women from the late 80s to early 00s much much sexier than the newer crop that seem ( to me) more like the girl next door type, which is cool now and then but gets old quick for me.
i regret throwing it out now. damnit

Try Alpha Blue Archieves, they have all kinds of stuff from the classic era thru the 80's and early 90's.

Compilations are tough because they aren't advertised all the time, everywhere. so some sites might have them, while others don't. Older ones are especially tough to track down, especially if they haven't been converted to dvds or blu-rays. Don't mess with downloads much, so I'm not sure how often comps. are converted and sold there...might wanna check it out though.
If you have an idea of who was in it, and it seems you do, you may want to cross-reference the names on any site that allows it. I find a lot of films and even some compilations that way. Like someone else mentioned, I'd start at IAFD first, then maybe this site next.
