Depends on the scene, sex is only great if all parties are comfortable & a lot of times I was asked to go outside of my comfort zone. Im not a hardcore kinda girl. For the scene with Rocco I specifically asked not to be hit in my face and he thought it would be funny to do it anyway. A lot of directors figured they "bought" you you should do anything cus there will always be a girl who will do it for less.
I have been out of business for a long time maybe it changed.
When I got in it wasn't on purpose tbh & I would have stayed in if porn was filmed from a woman's gaze.

Lol no damage here I was in sex work long before i graced the screen. I am very blessed to be pretty smart so my transition was seamless Once I decided to delete it all. People used to recognize me but honestly they were usually too embarrassed to tell me anything because then it shows their hand on how much porn they watch 😂 I regret nothing. Everything happens for a reason. I have an absolutely fantastic life.

There are hundreds of girls who get into porn and do all sorts of wild hardcore stuff and no one pays attention to them. You were a boxcover favorite from the beginning. You were one of the top girls without doing the crazy stuff. Your name still regularly turns up on lists of the hottest/sexiest/prettiest girls in porn. You've been gone for years but you still rank higher than many girls currently in the business. In a perfect world where pornstars had the same sort of respect as other entertainers, you'd be getting paid from all the people who still make money from your work. You built a fanbase and a certain type and level of fame and I think it's kinda unfair that you couldn't benefit from it more. But on the plus side at least now you don't have "fans" being rude and disrespectful and constantly asking when you're going to do anal. Not to mention co-stars and directors....
So glad you're happy and didn't end up one of those bitter ex porn girls...You seem to have a good outlook on life. You'll do well in whatever you choose to do.

I am at a place in my life where Only fans doesn't fit my narrative. I have a career that I make very good money that I would lose & a personal life that would implode.
My time naked for the world has passed but honestly there is nothing greater then peak body being documented for me to reminisce.
You had a good run and you got out unscathed with a good attitude about your time/adventures in the business and you seem to be in a good place where your past time in the biz isn't affecting you in too much of a negative way. It's all pretty stupid that being in porn can be seen in such a harsh way. So many people do so much worse and it doesn't seem to bother people as much as them finding out a person does/did porn. In my opinion there's a very, very small list of jobs being an ex porn star should even matter. Maybe in personal relationships because that's a whole different thing with different expectations. For example I could date an ex-stripper or pornstar but couldn't seriously date a working stripper or pornstar because it would bother me. I should be more secure and understanding but I'm not....that's just me. But I would never ask or demand a girl stop doing those things for me. In any case...a girl's porn past should be an issue for the vast majority of jobs out there.
Hey Isis, how deep and involved in the porn life style were you into? I never got into hanging out with other pornstars nor did I like bringing up having done porn. I have been in LA most of my life so my real friend group is riddled with celebrities & have dated some c listers. Ive been lucky enough to have lived a really movie like life. Porn opened the door for penthouse which I've always been very proud of. Porn opened the door for me to travel all over the world. I liked conventions but I talk a lot and like to interact with people hence me on this forum after almost a decade. Running joke is I could talk to a plant. Mostly fans are sweet, couple creeps and some people just getting signatures to sell for $10.00 on ebay.
I will say the absolute worst part are the fans who don't understand boundaries. Idk in what world people sending things to my home over the years seems ok.

I blend easier then a lot of former girls I think. It used to bother me when co workers would find out about my past and the whispering. Honestly who cares, everyone has onlyfans these days its no longer as taboo. old school even. Porn isn't a felony, i work a corporate job. I was background checked so. i assume no one cares and if they do HR would get involved. As far as relationships it takes a very strong minded man to date a former pornstar its something i used to tell people on a first dates. There is no grey area you can either handle it or not. Its wild how jealousy would consume someone over it.
I don't know...I tend to think I could date a former/ex pornstar but I think it would probably all how much of an impact it was having on the relationship. I don't think it would be that much of a problem it would cause me to leave just for that reason...but you never know until you have to deal with that situation. But...being with a girl who I know is going out regularly to have sex (maybe even better sex) with other guys, I know I couldn't deal with. Intellectually, I know it's a job and it's only physical and there are no feelings involved and all that stuff....but emotionally I couldn't deal with it. And from some of the stuff I've heard over the years there are even pornstars who have problems dealing with it. I remember a porn guy on YOUTUBE telling the story of him dating/living with a porngirl and one day after a soot she asking him how his day went and he said great but called the girl he shot with by her real name and he said his girl got really angry and started acting like he had somehow cheated on her. Another time in an interview well known pornstar was asked who her favorite guys were to work with and she said she she doesn't name names anymore because she did in the past of some of the guys wouldn't work with her again because their wives/girlfriends heard their guy being named and told them not to work with her anymore. There was the black male performer who didn't want his white performer girlfriend (who was into black guys) to work with other black performers...only white guys. There are plenty of other stories like that in the porn world. So it can be a tough thing for some people regardless.
I may be wrong but I tend to think there are 2 types of guys more or less that don't have a problem with their girl shooting sex with other guys. (1) The guys who enjoy the idea of their girl having sex with other men because they enjoy it or likes that their girl enjoys it (like swingers). Or (2) the guys who are with a girl but don't really care about them and are just just using them (like suitcase pimps). I think there's a third type of guy who is just that opened minded to understand that it's just a job and it doesn't bother them but I think those guys are far and few between.

I think there's basically three ways to go when a girl retires from porn: (1) Embrace their porn past and try to exploit your porn popularity to move on to other things. I think Lisa Ann, Jenna Jameson, and Sasha Grey went that route to varying degrees of success. They all used their name and popularity to do non-porn related things to varying degrees of success. (2) Ride the pornstar life outside of mainstream porn til you can't do it anymore like so many retired and older pornstars on ONLYFANS. (3) Leave all your porn life behind move on to a civilian life and keep a low porfile about the porn past.
All three are tough for different reasons. (1) Is tough because it's really really hard for an ex pornstar to prove to people that they can actually do anything else. People will dismiss you without even giving you a chance. (2) Is tough because if you don't have a big fanbase or have been out of the game too long or haven't aged well it might be hard to get enough subscribers to follow you. And do you really want to be up in age doing that stuff for strangers? (3) Is tough because so many people are too judgmental and take too much pleasure in exposing someone's past.

Did you ever watch your scenes after they've been shot? Did you ever watch them to try and figure out what looks good and what doesn't work? Did you ever watch scenes from other girls to see if there was anything you could pick up from them?
When it's time to shoot with someone you never shot with before how did you find out if he's a good or bad person to shoot with? Did you ask other girls? Ask your agent?
Was your pay rate always the same no matter who shot you or did it change depending on the studio? Does a girl get the same pay whether they shot for JULES JORDAN or BLACK MARKET?

I think that was always my issue with pretty girl pictures they take 100 pictures and post 100 pictures. Instead of curating.

Black men get paid even less then that. The more hardcore you go early on and do more scenes less money you get paid. There are no royalties. I fought tooth and nail to get $1200 per scene & even that wasn't consistent & a lot of the Time it would take months to get paid. Ethan my ex got paid a minuscule fraction of that.

It just depends on how many girls are booked, what they have planned . id say maybe 4-5 hours with hair and make up. There was a couple sets i was there all day.
Casting couches in movies not real. but creepy casting agents are. Less in porn more in real life i once had an AD ask me to rub his nipples lifted his shirt mid wardrobe. At some point there is a line between professional and not. Porn is like high school everyone is fucking everyone no one understands your lifestyle better then someone else in it.
Lmfaoooo no boxcover money. There was a billboard inside the hustler store and used for their magazine and i never got paid.
Some of my most famous scenes i got paid maybe $500 there are no royalities no nothing. And sometimes those checks take MONTHS.
