I sent an email requesting information on its availibililty and received a prompt reply saying that they expected a shiopment within a few days. I placed the order and waited, and waited. Checking my order status their ETA on the movie keeps moving further and further into the future and now, after checking some old posts on this site, I have found that the movie has never even been released on DVD. Does Jaded have a history of doing this sort of thing? BTW the DVD was Cellar Dweller 2 and, yes, I am an idiot. tdp PS Jaded took the money for the DVD out of my account almost immediately without, it would appear, any intention of providing me with the product. Any advice on what to do next? [Link] |

However, if you ask for a refund on an unshipped product, they will process it immediately. They are also excellent about fixing any mistakes they have made in filling orders. I have found it especially useful to call Jaded Video over the telephone whenever I have a problem, and the customer service reps there have always been helpful.
