Does anybody know where I can buy Milky Cat DVDs? I already know japansm.com but they are not up to date.

I think your best bet would be placing a special order with either www.xxxdvd.co.jp or www.squareplus.co.jp. I have requested both of these stores to chase up JAV DVDs they did not stock and they were great.

Have you had any luck finding this movie, Sid? I've only been able to find it for sale at Amazon's Japanese site, but they don't ship porn internationally.

You can email them in English. They ship to the USA.
Note: Milky Cat titles costs from $70 to $100USD + shipping.

Are any of the Milky Cat DVDs in HD? Does anyone know if other studios produce HD Japanese bukkake/gokkun - preferably non-pixellated?

The Blu-ray discs are in HD. Those DVDs from Japan (Milky Cat, www.xxxdvd.co.jp) are censored (pixellated).
If you want non-pixellated movies, you need to buy movies from these studios: FantaDream, Tora-Tora-Tora, RedHot Collection, Sky High Entertainment, Mugen Entertainment, Samurai Porn, Oriental Dream, Studio Teriyaki.
These non-pixellated Japanese movies are sold by online stores specializing in JAV or oriental porn. Some of the "western" stores like Adult CD Universe carries titles from FantaDream and other studios.
Here are some examples of non-pixellated Japanese bukkake/gokkun movies:
