I tend to prefer girls with cute faces who are petite and compact, with a firm bum and/or breasts. S1 had two girls: Takachiho Suzu and Ikeido Emiri who I liked a lot, but they quit. Hoshino Nami has a hot body, but is a bit of a slouch when it comes to her performances. I also like Amatsuka Moe is cute, but whines a little too much. Instead of having her working in their advertisement department, SOD Satou Karen is presented as a first year AD. SDMU-428  SOD tried a documentary style with her debut which helps with the suspension of disbelief, but is ultimately unsatisfying due to the lack of b/g scenes. SDMU-472  SDMU-472 Trailer The second made up for it with 2 brief b/g scenes, but most of the video is the same documentary style with a lot of talking. It's lost on us non-Japanese speakers.
