You are then watching it again on a widescreen device, creating the bars along the left and right. Whoever is encoding the videos needs to change the aspect ratio. 2. Just to clarify your comment about mp4 vs. wmv. You cannot quite compare mp4 and wmv so easily. They are apples and oranges, or better yet, apples and the bag apples come in. mp4 is a container that supports a number of video codecs, such as h.264. wmv, on the other hand, is a video codec. I think that videos should be offered in the highest quality available, regardless of file size, seeing as bandwidth and disk space are always decreasing in cost. Either way, I agree that we should be eliminating our use of wmv, but that's just my preference. I like mostly male/female anal sex and don't really care for DPs.
