just found out this was the reason for his departure from evil angel today in 2024. did anymore details ever come out? i can just find that one xbiz article. the actual charge seemed strange in itself. "Access with Intent to View". does that mean he never actually viewed the illegal material but entered somewhere that had it and was caught? what the hell lol. as others have said in the thread he got caught went to trial and got convicted without anything being mentioned in the adult industry. i think in fact by the time evil angel and gamma released that statement he had already served his time and was out. could it have been they did not find out until years later of the arrest and imprisonment?
You have to search under his real name to get all the info. To summarize he was arrested in 2020 with "intent to view" illegal pornography and sentenced in 2021 to 33 months in jail and lifetime parole afterwards. Some new info I just found though is that he was able to appeal the charge, but the caveat to that he "shall not engage in any activities associated with the creation, advertisement, moderating, purchase or distribution of sexually explicit material of adults." All his porn assets were transferred to his wife and it looks like he's now on probation. You used to be able to find his mugshot, but not anymore. This is just a very surface level glance at everything, if you want more details you have to purchase the legal documents.
