This would probably be down to using a service provider with bad throughput to Europe etc. I'm on a 50mbit connection and I only get 100-400k from your site which is bad for todays standards. I admitted that I was confused, and I was trying to ask for a better explanation of what he was asking for. My technical expertise is in movie making, editing and DVD production. I have very little technical "expertise" in movie delivery over the web. In that area, I'm simply fielding these issues and giving the feedback to the EA web department. So if I don't properly understand the feedback when I go to them, it would make it very difficult for me to tell them what the complaints are. For example, it helps me a lot when you say that you don't have any problems with any other US-based websites. Until I read that, I would have asked you what your experiences are with other ones.
