People can put all kinds of things in their butts, and they have been for centuries. I'd rather do more re-research to more properly support all my thoughts, I have lots of thoughts, or do a vlog to explain myself easier, but off-hand I can mention at least a few other kinds of enemas I'm very interested in that actually have health benefits besides the rice water enemas, like coffee enemas, green tea enemas, aloe vera enemas, coconut water enemas, ect.
