Which is why I suggested doing a separate series to cater to the prolapse fans. Because I'm sure it's a disappointment to many fans of Jay Sin's work to have a potentially epic scene ruined (in their opinion) by the interlude for a prolapse. It's not much different to if, say, halfway through the scene the stars started shitting or pissing on each other, or if a transsexual suddenly appeared to join in the fun for a few minutes. It would only appeal to a minority of the audience, and would clearly be better off in its own dedicated genre. The number of prolapse scenes overall, over years, may be around 10/20% but it's obviously increased in recent years. (2 out of 5 in Deep Anal Abyss 5. 4 out of 5 in Anal Acrobats 8. 3 (might have been 4. Did Roxy Raye prolapse?) in Gape Lovers 8. 2 0ut of 5 in Lil Gapin' Lesbians 5. 2 out of 5 in Anal Acrobats 7. 3 out of 5 in Gape Lovers 7.) And that's only going to increase as the prolapse fetish becomes more mainstream, as it evidently has. I don't think anybody can deny that it's become more mainstream. There was a time when pornstars would have seen a prolapse as an unfortunate medical consequence of the industry which needed fixing. And porn directors/producers wouldn't have thought about including a prolapse in the edit. Instead it's now a niche talent and you've got deliberate and encouraged prolapses, with people licking, sucking and fucking them. Sorry if you disagree, but... And the problem, as another poster pointed out, is that just a glimpse or even the thought of the prolapse moment in the scene can ruin non-fans' "enjoyment", shall we say, of the scene. Whereas I doubt any of the prolapse fans find anything over the rest of the 95% of the scene an instant buzzkill in the same way. Which is why I think it should be sidetracked into a genre of its own, so that people who like the sort of extreme anal scenes Jay Sin has become famous for can still enjoy those featuring some of the best performers (Roxy Raye, Sarah Shevon, Proxy Paige etc.) without the scene being tainted with a prolapse. I apologise for the long post. But this is basically a response to every post (for and against) my last post. And I understand completely Jay Sin's reply that he can't please everybody so he's just going to film what he wants to. That's fair enough. I just figured I'd put my opinion out there for consideration. But it'd be great if Jay could mix it up a little and give us a few scenes where those that can prolapse... well... don't. [Link]
