I think it also depends on the demand for a rosebud movie. Like if people continue to show interest in it and keep requesting for it to be made, then there will be a better chance of Jay making the movie. Realistically, it probably won't happen anytime soon, but we may at least be able to see more pairings of rosebud girls in future movies, as long as we continue to request them.
