If I remember correctly Jenna was studying psychology & probably completed her degree by now. Most of that field is a pseudoscience. The "experiment" was probably related to that would be my guess.

But don't take my word for it, read up on the topic on your own. This is a thread to talk about Jenna Haze. I don't have the time/effort/energy to write a novel on the topic.
Psychology is not the same as psychoanalysis. Agree on gay conversion therapy, but clinical psychology very clearly works (and is partially government-funded in civilised countries).
Had I voted in her poll then I would definitely have voted no to her making a comeback because no matter how hot she still looks. My image of her is not of a 40 years old woman but of a late teen to early 20 year old one. I also don't think that todays Jenna would be able to match the intensity of her younger self and therefore I would judge her current performance to past ones and the newer stuff would come out the loser.
^That was in reply to someone suggesting Jules as male talent. I do not know how much that reaction would extend to him being on the other side of the camera. I always thought their break up was relatively amicable, at least there was never much airing dirty laundry about the other on social media. In fact, most of us fans didn't even know that they had broken up, until they started dating other people in a public way. And she did keep Jules Jordan Video as the distributor for Jennaration X movies. On the other hand, she may have kept relatively good relations with him by not directly interacting with him much after their breakup, and maybe having him on set would be too close? I don't know.
I don't know whether she'll make a comeback or not. I just know that she is giving it a lot of thought. I'm tempted to discuss what she might be seeing as the pros and cons for her to weigh, but that would mostly be my speculation. And if any of my ideas are actually on the mark, she might not like me gossiping about her on a public forum like this.
On twitter/X, she did like my idea of a showcase, like a Just Jenna 3, but maybe a bit closer to a Jenna Haze Dark Side 2 in scope. But an actual, official, directed-by-Jules Jordan Jenna Haze Dark Side 2 seems less likely to me. But, maybe not impossible?

^^If Jenna does come back, I'd like to see a fresh scene that fits the year 2024 and not one that could be from 2005. At some point the porn business should be ready to take the next step and where the 50 and 60 year olds stop booking themselves in every scene.
No one has any reason to complain about Jenna Haze, really. of all the the pornstars of the early 2000s, she has kept a connection with the industry more than most. Even if she has not done actual porn for a long time.

Think about this, she picked the stage name Jenna Haze when she was 18 years old. That is a long time ago. 24 years ago at the time that I write this post. How can you expect someone to be the same person and do the same things for 24 years?
The viewers clamoring for a porn comeback, why? If you want to see Jenna Haze doing porn, there are literally hundreds of scenes from her past that you can enjoy.
if your image of Jenna Haze is from decades ago, anything new from her would surely disappoint you. Why do you want to see a 42 year old woman act like she is 18 years old again?
Better to just appreciate what she has done and who she is now.
