I hope she has success with her book and wish her well on her book tour. Some people love her and some people hate her but I think she really is a nice, warm-hearted person. If it was the whole thing, I would bet you The Queen is not too thrilled with that write up. I don't get the whole not leaving the house thing though. It seemed a bit melodramatic. I'm in Scottsdale, Arizona alot and it just doesn't seem like that's the type of environment that one would be scared of... Famous or not. But I could be wrong. I'm not known for having sex on film, so maybe the recognition can get a little creepy. And she does seem a little bitter. Maybe not bitter, just maybe not entirely thrilled with the way life/the porn biz has taken her. Perhaps money to her isn't everything. My life isn't exactly normal, I mean, I have groups of people coming to my front door everyday trying to get autographs and talk to me... I get bum rushed when I try to get my mail! It has nothing to do with being paranoid, or Jay trying to keep me locked in the house, I take precautions, just like any of YOU would if you were in my shoes. Secondly, I am home a total of about a week a month, so when I am here, I like to relax and spend time with my husband and dogs. Next, I am thrilled with my life as a porn star, and it bothers me that any of you would question that. I have always been the biggest supporter of the adult industry and I have never once turned my back on anyone who has chosen to be involved in it. I love absolutely everything that comes along with being an adult star. But, you have to understand, I, just like everyone else... Get bored and bothered by what I do, just like if I had a nine to five job. That doesn't mean I'm DISTURBED. Another thing, I don't appreciate the comment about my husband, he is a kind, amazingly talented man that loves me and defends me and sticks by me through everything. So, the stupid little remarks about the strap ons and him being creepy is completely uncalled for. I opened myself up and allowed everyone inside, because I thought it was important for everyone to see the other side of the shiny exterior. When you do these kind of interviews, you never reallyknow what the interviewer will take away from it. She followed me during the AVn awards, which was a very hectic time for me, since I was hosting. I am always so bogged down with interviews and cameras jacked up my ass, it gets a little irritating. She may have figured I hated what I do, because the focus was how I wanted to be normal... Or what everyone out there considers normal... I am not that worried about it, because my book explains in length my life. But, I do agree, the article casts a little bit of a dark cloud on me, but everything can't be fluff! :) JJ [Link]
