^You might think so but I can assure you that even if they could do it that the majority of men would never get penis enlargement. If a surgeon can fuck up a breast implant then what makes you think they can't do the same for penis enlargement. The surgeon can always remove the implants if there are complications. You can't say the same for a penis enlargement. I'll also add that guys are significantly less worried about their overall body appearance than most women. How many fashion magazines cater to men? How many magazines cater to men's health and well being?

Valid point trout bum-not everybody has to be the next Sasha Grey. I hope you're right that she is getting more comfortable as she does more stuff. I think this might have to do with boob jobs requiring more talent than the medical profession can provide. Just look at the 90s (especially early 90s) boob jobs. Most of them were really good work. Then fake tits became ubiquitous and the quality fell off dramatically. My guess is back then the talent pool of surgeons performing this procedure was smaller and much more talented, and nowadays any quack with a knife is doing it. Maybe the good ones charge a lot more or something, and girls are trying to save a few bucks? I also suspect that this legion of quacks, having lower IQs, tends to overstuff. Overstuffing is rampant.
