I've heard rumors of where Jon Dough ended up, but since no official announcement has been made, maybe they were just rumors.

However, when he made the jump to Devils Film I was blown away by the improvement I saw. He did some great stuff there and "Butt Cream Pie 2" and "Butt Cream Pie 4" are two of the best overall gonzo tapes I have seen in the past couple of years. However, a while back it was announced here and on AVN.com that Jon was breaking from Devils Film. If I remember correctly, it was a deal where the contract was up and Jon decided against renewing it. (mike will probably correct me if I'm wrong) Around this same time, I also remember some dirty laundry being aired about Jon on lukeford.com. I don't know what to make of it all but the end result is that I really dig his pornography but it is taking quite a bit longer for Jon Dough Productions to pop back up than I expected. Does anyone know what is going on there? Has he found a new company yet or is going the Lex Steele route and do it on his own? Just curious and tired of waiting around without asking.

Stephanie Swift STILL has not signed with another company even though tons of people thought she would just go to JKP or Vivid right after leaving Wicked. Jon Dough Productions is still in limbo. And Lex is just now getting Mercenary Pictures up and running. It's a tougher and far more competitive business than I realize I suppose. I just hope for my own selfish interests that wherever JDP ends up there is no quality drop-off and the new stuff is as good as the Devils Film distributed titles. Kelly [Link] |
