None of the three credit cards I tried to use allow transactions through the their payment processor. Sent Bandcamp an email on this and never got a response. Unfortunately Evil Angel really skimped on the data rate (1200kbps) and encoding compression so the files are full of artifacts and look pretty bad. You will actually get a better quality picture from the DVD. Its a shame they took the time to get the files up on the website but the result is so inferior. Not really surprised though. The EA website redesign was long overdue and the new site is worse than the old. Navigation is horrible and they removed some usable features and the new ones they added leave much to be desired. Its 2014 and tech issues shouldn't be such a challenge for the industry. [Link] |
