Click to expand Thats because your flashdrive is formatted with Fat32 or another file system. In Fat32 file system, single files over than 4gigs cannot be written to that file system. You should re format the flashdrive with NTFS fileformat (meaning your files will be deleted and it will be created with a brand new file system). You can do it with right click to flash drive in my computer click format and the rest you can google, very easy [Link]
