Ok, i finally have to say something...I love Jules Jordans' content. However, as a member, I have some serious complaints about the website: Why are all the speeds so slow? Some videos are just not there. And when you finally get them to load/buffer, they skip, or freeze or just stop and say "error, file can't be played at this time". Not to mention, that you can't skip around in a video either. If you want to watch anything streaming, you have to watch from the beginning and you better not pause it or try to move forward or backward, or you get the same error message. I figured that maybe I could avoid this problem by simply downloading videos. I was disappointed to find that the downloads act the same. They either cut out and fail, if they even start at all, or it takes an hour or more to download one scene. In fact I've had a couple take over an hour, and get to 99% completion, and then fail. I know its not my connnection, because I have no issues with any other sites or members areas, and the issues are constant across PC, mobile, tablet, etc. I also live in a major metropolitan area, with decent speeds across all networks. I guess I expected such a major industry leader to provide better accessability to their content, especially since they cost more than most. I am totally willing to pay for the content, and I am trying to support good companies, but I would really appreciate some decent service. This complaint about the functionality of the members site reminded me that when I last had a JJV membership, back in January, I found that the site was damn near impossible to use on my iPad.
