There are not many male performers that are on par with or better than Manuel, Everhard, Toni Ribas. Who else is there? James Deen, yes. Mick Blue, yes. Steve Holmes, yes. But that's where it almost ends already... Nacho Vidal, of course. But he's most of the times busy directing and shooting his own stuff. Johnny Sins, yes. But since Keiran can not do every damn Brazzers scene, one can understand that Sins has enough to do with all the rest of the Brazzers scenes and also with the Naughty America stuff. Anthony Rosano was up there, for a while. But is he still nowadays? Bill Bailey is not yet up there. And other ones? If the guys from OO9 don't satisfy the high standards that ADT members use to judge the male talent, then others won't even less. Pete is at least solid.

If you've got this many complaints about Chris Streams' male performer casting, which director do you think does it better? I'm not a big fan of some of the guys he uses at times, but overall, he seems committed to using the top guys. Manuel and Everhard seem to do most of his scenes, and the other guys he uses are at least solid.
When it comes to male performers there's no use in trying to change people's minds. Everyone has their likes/dislikes when it comes to the dudes in porn. some people like Manuel because he slaps/chokes and some people hate him for that very reason. Same with any other guy. What you use as your criteria for a 'top' male performer i gonna be different than the criteria someone else has. There's nothing wrong with people not liking the guys Chris uses, and no one's mind i gonna be changed. The only time I have problem with people complaining about male performers is when they mention the same dude over and over. There are a few guys here who every time they post you just know their post is gonna mention certain male performers. It's overkill and just as annoying as harping on anal/IR.

Agree with your point. I like Manuel scenes from a slightly different angle. He does slap/choke, but I find that he connects very well and is often very sensual in scenes. Kissing, holding her close those are the things I like in many of his scenes. Just wanted to share my opinion. Sorry for being a fanboy. Carry on.
Personally I just don't think that guys like Ribas, Pete and Deen are any good and there are certain things they do in most of their scenes that frustrates and annoys me. In my opinion, there are enough good or even decent male talents out there so that you don't have to use the same 3-4 guys over and over again. ^Agreed, no company or director will ever be able to satisfy everyone. If they do decent business and like using only certain guys i understand that. I think there are enough scenes being made that people will find what they want somewhere. As consumers we want as many scenes as possible to be in our personal range of likability. This could be dependent on the guy, girl, content etc. based on who the viewer is. It is only natural to want it to be a scene that you like. I happen to like the guys this company uses, but accept that porn scenes can be very subjective. Jules in my mind is 1 of a handful that uses top tier guys and girls in the majority of their stuff.
i agree with MorganKane. great male performers are those are who are aware that it's all about the girl and not about them! deen & ferrara always do distracting & unnecessary things in their scenes and won't stop. if i want to watch a scene with manuel in it, i have to turn the sound off because of his annoying whispering. someone like mike stefano never disappoints, he can keep an erection, fucks the ladies properly and is quiet most of the time. i also liked scenes with falco zito in jules pov flicks. those have almost infinite replay value.
Jules, I have noticed (I think) from various twitter accounts that you have at least two unreleased scenes with Nikki Benz. One is a BBG where's she's dressed as a cop and one is an anal scene with you. Is there a possibility that we are going to see a Nikki Benz movie? If not, no big deal just wondering when these scenes will drop especially the anal scene? Keep up the great work looking forward to the new stuff!

Totally agree; Male performers need to be a part of the scene for sure but they need to understand that they are not the star in this action, only a part. Some guys like Manuel Ferrara, Nacho Vidal, Mr.Pete and James Deen are trying to catch the attention of the viewers which seem meaningless to me as we are interested in woman. IMHO Mick Blue, Mark Wood and Keiran Lee are aware of the situation and play their part in a resonable way. In this perspective, I can easily say that black male performers are way better by not playing any circus in front of the cameras.

Am I the only one who don't care about stuff like that? I avoid many, many male performer but not because how they act or what they do in their scenes. Slapping, foot in mouth.... it's only a matter of seconds. You can still enjoy the rest of the scene. I only have two points of criticism: limp dick small dick I hate when the guy can't keep his dick hard and I really really dislike 'Penicel in Butt' porn. The reasons why I passed on so many Chris Streams DP scenes.

Well from what I saw, AJ Applegate was the same story. Never did IR on or off-screen, but sure enough, IR debut in Mandingo Unchained. You never know. That's the whole point of "1st time IR" and why stuff like that gets so much attention. People seem to look at these pornstar track records, and after deducing that she hasn't done any yet, she would never. But besides AJ Applegate, there's also Samantha Saint and Abbey Brookes. So, of course looking at that list, the probability that they will all star in a Mandingo romp is slim to none, but the chances that at least some of them will do IR in the next year or so is pretty high.
