I don't know if it's an issue with the replicator or the feeling is DVD sales aren't what they once were so it's a much lower priority. I'm not going to deny DVD sales are lower but there are still collectors of physical media. However the MSRP for your DVDs should be lowered. Unless it's a release a fan is very excited about it can be difficult to justify spending more than $30 during a non-sale when other studios are selling in the $20 range or less. You might see an uptick in DVD sales by lowering the price a bit. It's not the mid 2000s anymore when $30+ was common. DVD unfortunately is an outdated format but I'm assuming there's no plans for Blu-ray and 4K Blu-ray releases until those costs plummet in the distant future. It's your product so if you think the DVD is worth a higher price point that's of course your call but you could at least consider some price drops for titles older than 3 or 5 years and then determine the results for yourself.
