In the, imo, peak of gonzo top performers like Gianna Michaels, Gracie Glam, Sunny Lane, Alexis Texas, Jayden James, Charley Chase, etc. had long careers without anal entering the picture until very late in their careers.
So I don't think it can be 'blamed' only on OF. Assuming that porn performers having more autonmy over the sex acts they perform is a bad thing, which I don't think it is.
I'm all for performers having more autonomy and making more money, but I think the current culture of instant gratification and the old way of studios paying performers less, combined, has led us to this point where porn seems to be way more stagnant.
To elaborate, on the one hand, you have studios like LP in Europe, who right off the bat, expect a fresh girl to do anal, DP, DAP, DPP with piss in their first scene in a studio setting, and that's just stupid. that's the instant gratification part
On the other hand, you have studios in the US, still paying performers the same (or adjusted for inflation) rate as they used to, and that's just not viable anymore.

I agree on Charlotte Sins, she's been around a long time now and arguably fits the JJ bill more than any of the girls I listed. I haven't followed the careers of anyone else on your list though, they aren't my style.
Girls definitely need clout/respect of some sort to get the call - obviously nobody starts their career shooting for JJ, it's something some girls are able to work up to after showing prowess for more entry level studios and once they are more comfortable with gonzo+hardcore. JJ needs to get their shit together with casting this year and use the best of who's available.
