Since Jules went missing from this thread. Maybe a couple of scenes that didn't make it to his old site(s)on premiumpass.(which was worth the money for years) But I would imagine mostly old re-hashed content, good stuff if your new to his swallow scenes but most have been seen or have them already. If he charges $30.00 for this "new" site and do one update every 10 days like Assfactory,message boards not as friendly as this one will destroy him. Until I start seeing quality content from "anyone" the only site I'll support is Evilangel. Whoever is in charge of that site deserves a medal. I read on some other board their making 3x the money on a new DVD on site subscriptions rather than a DVD sale and are considering web content only...maybe someone from Evil can confirm this.
We use all of the standard billing companies that many other sites use, when you sign up you get a verification email that contains all the info on how to cancel...we have since changed primary billing companies, which may allow for a more "efficient" experience. There are many ways to cancel and I think our practices are standard when it comes to this.

Regarding Joeteen's question about the Chris Stream's directed title, I've noticed that you have a special going on with Excalibur Films every so often featuring select director's titles. It caught my attention because you are collaborating with them feature Chris Streams' movies this month. Will we be able to see any Mike John directed titles featured on their website soon? Praise The Load 7 featuring Adriana Luna is a must have and their prices are a few dollars lower than most sites. Thanks for your consideration and great work. My wife and I love your staying true to the industry and not selling out.
It's a shame that the feeding frenzy series has come to an end even though they have been the best sellers.I hope I am wrong though, I really hope to see a new feeding frenzy soon,it's not like there is a shortage of demand for it. I was just about to join JJ, but searched for this topic, and won't now. Dealbreakers for me: 1. Only 2 downloads per day. 2. Slow download speeds. 3. Cancellation problems. (I do know other paysites that also make you talk to an operator, despite having other supposed options on their sites, but in all cases I find this unforgivable.)
We have UNLIMITED downloads, unless you are joining as a trial its streaming only... FAST speeds, and we have many ways to cancel memberships that do not include talking to an operator, maybe someone else that is a current member can chime in. It might be a stupid question but your help is appreciated (since there are members here so this might be a quicker way to get help here)... Basically I have difficulties joining julesjordan.com. After I filled out all required information and clicked "Complete This Transaction", I got this "User Name Already Taken" error. I tried more than 15 different user names that I want to use but still could not get it through. These >=15 users names are generated randomly and satisfy all the user name requirements (# of letters, etc.). It seems unlikely that all these >=15 (randomly generated) user names are already taken. I emailed customer support but no reply... Anyone who joined recently experienced this problem? Any comments are welcome...

(That's like Evil Angel's website only having John Stagliano movies!) No scenes from Jules Jordan's Ass Factory (That's like having access to Stagliano's movies, but making you join another site (pay more) for the Buttman series!) That's enough for me. If the setup was like Evil Angel with all the VIDEO content available -- I'd join. Sorry JJ, I'll continue to enjoy the trailers!
Yeah the one thing I really don't understand is that AssFactory is a seperate site. There's nowhere near enough updates to justify it. And Jules said ages ago that they'd be merging but it hasn't happened.
The annoying thing is I really want to join Ass Factory again but Jules makes it impossible because there are just SO FEW updates. I mean come on, give us SOMETHING to make us join. 1 update every 2 weeks is pathetic. If you're gonna merge the sites merge them. If you're gonna keep them seperate then give Assfactory more updates so people want to join both. I don't understand why this is so difficult. You're losing money here. I realize this thread was started a while back and a new response is probably not much use to the OP, but in the interests of providing information to readers who might be looking for the same answer now or later I’ll weigh in since I have a different opinion from many others here. I’ve been an active subscriber to pay sites for probably close to 15 years and have had memberships at too many sites to count. As a matter of principle I won’t visit tube sites since I think that the people who make porn deserve to be paid for it. My opinion is that julesjordan.com is one of the better sites I’ve joined in a long time. I’ll admit that there is a lot of subjectivity in any statement like that and I happen to be a big fan of a lot of his stuff, but objectively the site is also great. Contrary to what others have said there are no download limits. I also found download speeds to be fine. I get download speeds using Internet Download Manager that are equal to or better than similar sites. The fact that the site allows download managers and the links don’t time out is another plus. You get access to a lot of Jordan’s catalogue. Yes, as others have pointed out you don’t get full access, but it does appear to be a substantial portion of what he’s made. A big plus for me is that the site has a lot of his older series and titles as well as the newer stuff. Sure, the older stuff isn’t as visually sharp as new stuff shot in HD but just having access to it is great. Many other sites (like Evil Angel, which I agree with others is another great site) don’t have the same depth of availability of older titles. There were also complaints that the site doesn’t offer titles from other directors who work for the JJ studio. The webmaster replied to that and I accept the position that these directors own their own titles and choose not to upload them to this site. Am I happy about that? Certainly not. I’d love to have access to the other directors from this studio since they are all top quality, but I won’t criticize the site for not having something that isn’t available to them. Evil Angel does this too since several directors have much of their stuff on a separate site that requires a separate membership. The site isn’t without flaws though. Jordan’s videos are DVD based but the site doesn’t list them by DVD title, just by star. You can find the DVD title by clicking through links and then following the link to the title but you can’t (that I can find, anyway) simply open a list of available DVDs. To further complicate matters the search function isn’t great. I was searching for all the available editions of “Ass Worship” and when I clicked on “Ass Worship 1” the first hit in the list was actually a scene from “Breast Worship.” I had to click on several scenes to actually find one that was from AW #1 that I could then use the link to the title to get to the DVD with all its scenes. Searching for AW 2, 3, etc had the same problem. The bottom line is that this site is a great value. I know some posters here think $30 for a monthly membership is too high but I don’t agree. With such high quality porn available here I’m happy to pay that and hope the site continues to make money so Jordan continues to make porn. This site might not be to your liking if you’re used to using tube sites but for those who are willing to pay for their porn this site has a lot to offer at a fair price. And while I haven’t cancelled my membership yet I don’t expect any issues when I do since I billed through Epoch which is a reputable biller.

This site isnt too good for looking at older scenes is it. I wanted to download some old ass worship stuff and the download quality isnt great, plus the scenes I checked out had been cut up and shortened, why do that?! pretty irritating

I'd like to know 2 things: 1) why do download URL's expire so quickly? 2) why aren't all the scenes from a movie available on the site? Example: Ass Stretchers POV #2
^I don't know the answer for the first but an answer for the sond could be that since Jules has two sits then he may plan to use part of the content from that movie to fill the library of the other this way making it almost a must to join both sites. Another reason could be that he needs to keep some stuff to fill the update schedule since the number of titles being produced now is much lower than a few years ago. Sooner or later he will run out of new stuff to upload or will have to cut back on the update schedule.
Porn Scout, we have theassfactory.com which has all anal content, so some of the movies are split up, scenes from that movie are possibly on that site, we are working on a way to have full movies on julesjordan.com. Due to the marketing of the pay site, we do not have entire movies available for download at the time of release. I do realize that people like to see the full movie, and we are working on that. We recently implemented some technology that enables lightening fast downloads, please take advantage!
I've never joined your site specifically, so I'm abstracting this from most other sites I have joined. Basically, when you get to the page to download a scene, most sites don't generate a straight download link (i.e. www.example.com/examplemovie.mp4). They generate a link with a one or more variables in it (i.e. www.example.com/examplemovie.mp4?q=1234567890), and that link will be set to expire after a certain amount of time so that members can't just pass on the link to other people.

I heard back from customer service. Apparently, the site only allows you to load one scene into your download manager at a time. If you load a second link in there, it just doesn't work. You have delete it and load a new one.

I understand creating a second line of DVDs with their own brand "The Ass Factory" and their own website "theassfactory.com", and charging separately for it. But when you take "Jules Jordan" branded content and put it on theassfactory.com and don't make it available on JulesJordan.com, then that's just flat out dishonest. I'm not arguing that you don't have good stuff on the site. Most of the content is pretty great and the HD quality is perfect. That's the good part. But this other thing isn't so good.
I agree with the general consensus here. The Jules Jordan stuff is great, but com'on one update every two or three days! That maybe OK for new stuff, but with the volume of material in the Jules Jordan catalog, there should be updates daily for the older and near older stuff. I love the Pump My Ass Full of Cum series, but that's not all there either. At least gives us the Ass Factory as a bonus site. I though about joining JJ; instead I'll go back to Evil Angel. May also try Private.com, any words of wisdom on that site. Thanks

I signed up for the 3-month membership, which is fine. But, I doubt I'll renew it. I'll cancel before it auto-renews (which is shady by the way) and then I'll sign up again at some later point to see what's new. What sucks about this is that Jules Jordan is one of the people in porn that I would prefer to give my money to. He's always stood for top notch quality, which is what I like to support.
I don't think theirs anything wrong with the way Jules is distributing his material. An update every two to three days is par for the course. There are in fact many sites out there updating far less often than that. Jules material is top notch grade AAA shit. So no complaints from me. If he wants to spread it across two different sites, requiring two different subscriptions, so be it. I'll subscribe to both from time to time to keep my collection current, while at the same time doing my part to support the producer(s) that I would like to continue to see succeed in this industry. Lets be honest, porn producers (and movie producers in general) have taken a huge hit from piracy by taking the risks and making their material available for digital download (not that the DVD stopped anyone either). How about showing a little gratitude? Or perhaps there's some other site out there that fits your needs better? Come on people! Stop hatin' and start appreciatin'

We could have divided up the content among numerous sites, but I didnt want to do that, so I chose to do it with two sites. We cannot have updates every day, its a single site....the idea with theassfactory.com was to have an all anal site for the fans of anal.

It's a little bit dishonest. I'm not saying you're this horrible monster stomping around crushing the dreams of innocent porn fans, but if you look at it objectively and ask yourself what the expectation is of someone that buys a membership at one site vs. the other, the answer is pretty clear. Hopefully you take my comments as constructive criticism and as I said, the content that is available on the site is pretty awesome, so good on you for that.
Nearly EVERY adult site out there rebills memberships if not cancelled. I have been a member at many and cant think of one that did not rebill if you did not cancel. I take it you have not been a member of many other studios sites :-)

21Sextury does not automatically rebill. Videobox does not automatically rebill. In both cases, I paid for the year up front because that was the cheapest way to go. It may be that some of their other membership options do rebill automatically. Also, just because everyone does it doesn't make it not shady.

Jules, here's what I think everyone is trying to say: I'm one of your many fans who is pretty much exclusively into anal. This makes TheAssFactory a great choice, but it's really frustrating to look over at JulesJordan.com (which updates much more frequently, with content that is often anal) and not have that content available on TheAssFactory, knowing that it all comes from the same place.
