For example, these saboteurs love to use new accounts and usually are users with small number of posts (e.g., <10 posts). What if ADT mods were to label a 'potentially provocative' thread (like this one) after solid history of malicious talk and prevent any new user either by time (x days) or # of posts (< x posts). Kind of a vetting period. This would not prevent all of this behavior, but it would make a lot more work instead of these hit and run posts. Just a thought. [Link]
