I would not be surprised if she says she had been seriously contemplating the idea if the soap opera gig had not turned up. Oh, and by the way, have you seen the photos from her softcore career? Those movies were as hard as softcore gets so her eventual crossing over to the softest side of hardcore video producers (Vivid) is not shocking. The timing, with regards to her age, is surprising but when push comes to shove, money talks and bullshit walks. With regards to Kelli's look, she really does look good in some photos but she looks really bad in others (i.e. see "The Insider" interview - definitely some bad plastic surgery). I hope this was a one shot deal with Vivid. No doubt Vivid has offered her a multi-picture contract but they would have already sent out a press release if she had in fact signed it. I hope she does NOT sign it. However, I could not blame her, with respect to Vivid's ability to justly reward her financially. It's a shame other companies don't have the bucks that Vivid has to at least try to compete with Vivid on a financial basis in terms of attracting so-called "celebrity" talent. I'll watch her in this one but if she puts out more Vivid junk, I'll take a pass on watching any of her future releases. Unfortunately, from the answers she has given with regards to what she wants her movie(s) to be like, Vivid will be her choice if she continues in the industry. If a porn company really wants to go for the throat, they should actively make pitches for Miss USA Tara Conner, Miss Teen USA Katie Blair, and ex-Miss Teen USA Kari Ann Peniche (she posed for Playboy).
