CHATSWORTH, Calif. – Ken Ryker, a popular gay performer who has been out of action for two years, has announced a co-starring role in his first as-yet-untitled straight-themed video with producer/director Jeff Stryker.

The video will be available by November through the Stryker and Adam & Eve mail order systems and is the first of two new videos that Ryker will perform in for Jeff Stryker Productions.

"I wanted to get into straight stuff and when Jeff's offer came I said why not take the opportunity?" Ryker told AVN.com Monday. "… I just finally said, 'screw it,' If they want to watch it they can, if they don't that's fine. This is about me accomplishing something."

Agent David Forest said Stryker wanted to personally help with Ryker's sendoff into the straight world.

"He felt Ken was somebody he really wanted to help promote," Forest told AVN.com.

Stryker, who hasn't produced a movie in three years, said Ryker was an obvious choice for his next project.

"He's a good guy to begin with," Stryker told AVN.com. "I just think having the most studly guys in the world with beautiful, gorgeous womenis just the coolest thing people want to see. This is like a showcase."

The video features Ryker taking on blonde beauty Nicole Moore and Stryker getting down with 18-year-old vixen Roseann, an exclusive Stryker girl.

Ryker said he realized he wanted to continue performing during his recent hiatus.

"I lost my focus, why I wanted to be in the business," Ryker said. "I just kind of found myself."

In the video, Stryker plays a villain who gets screwed over by Ryker. Then Stryker's character gets revenge by targeting Ryker's daughter and wife.

Stryker shot in a mansion in the Hollywood Hills on Sunday and the 4.2 earthquake shook the place right when Ryker was getting ready to pop, Stryker said.

Ryker also will be appearing in his first solo video, which will be available soon on a "pay-per-view" basis at www.ForestFilms.tv.

The star of Ryker's Revenge and Mass Appeal is currently featured in a 10-page spread in the Playgirl edition "Working Overtime."

"Ken is not so concerned about getting rich from straight movies, he just feels he does have a side to him that is straight and he wanted to explore it," Forest said. "Jeff is really giving Ken nice treatment, making Ken feel special."
