From what I understand, getting Kenna for this was a deal that GW and Penthouse made. They were able to shoot Kenna for this series, and Alan did a few Pet of the Month shoots for them. Kenna had to cancel shooting this series before the Penthouse deal.

Am I the only one who's been disappointed with the Girlsway scenes she's been in where she has those magical powers? Three of those could have been really promising scenes with the performers she's paired with, but they keep doing that silly "she's resisting the whole time they have sex" bit. Not sure why, but that ruined the scenes each time. It's unfortunate, I really enjoy most of her work.

In the last few months Sweetheart did a black and Asian themed movie that was very nice.
But to keep the thread on topic, I'm really glad Kenna's back and I would love to see Greg Lansky dip his toe in the g/g waters again with a Kenna scene. I'm sure she'd look stunningly beautiful in his lens.

Yeah, the fact it's with Dogfart offsets my brief joy in a new scene and a IR scene at that.
As for Girlsway, Aya makes a good point in that it's been ages since we've had a black woman feature. From the top of my head, Reena Sky & Channel Heart two parter, which was excellent being the last one I recall. Ana Foxx is unfortunately tied down with the dreadful Digital Playground. It's not like there's a lack of talent out there with the likes of Adrian Maya, Pyria Price, Kira Noir, Jasmine Summers, etc. Shame.

^ It's that Shyla's fan base has kind of latched onto Kenna. I don't know how often you check twitter, but they're very...dedicated, to Shyla. If I'm honest, it's a bit creepy with all the photoshops and everything they do for her. They've kind of latched onto Kenna through Shyla wanting to work with her so badly so I'm not sure how they'll react to her crossing over.

Hmmm, unlike Shyla, Kenna has a history of kind of flirting with the idea of crossing over to b/g. And as well-known as she is for G/G, she still hasn't been around nearly as long as Shyla. Lots of G/G fans don't like seeing girls cross over, so they hold on tight to the few long-term G/G performers.
I think Kenna could cross over and survive in the short-term, because the gain in b/g hounds would cover the G/G fans she would lose. But they may not stick around if she sticks to doing "vanilla" scenes.

^^ I think that's the big concern for her if she crossed over. She hasn't reached the Bree Daniels level of being around long enough that her fans know that she only shoots what she wants to do. And for all of the never say never teases, she has said multiple times over that if she ever did, it'd basically be the Nubile/X-Art level of erotica rather than hardcore sex.

I think it too.
I can smell bad vibes and maybe a Shit Storm on her Twitter.
If it is really true.
Colette / X-Art with Sensual / Vanilla Stuff.
I don't think that this satisfied the BG hounds.
They want then that she shoots for other companies, too.
And the time will tell how long she stays in Business after the Crossover.
For example Blake Eden and Madi Meadows stopped shooting porn soon after they crossover.
My opinion.
So long she is still doing GG Scenes, i am fine.
But i don't know how the rest of her GG Fans react.
Maybe a few are very angry or disappointed and will leave her as a Fan.
The other side she can compare the loss of GG fans with new BG Fans.
