I just realized this morning that a bug on my end has been preventing Kickback redemption requests from being sent to the participating stores.

Kickback redemption requests made since 4/15 through this morning (4/23) were not sent to the stores for processing. I have fixed the problem and these redemption requests are now being processed.

I doubt that week in the middle of the month would slow things much, but thanks for letting us know anyway.

That doesn't explain why I still have 2 outstanding kickback credits from 5 Star DVD in January and 1 DVD Advantage in Feb that STILL haven't been credited to me after repeated emails to you guys. What good is sending in an email if nothing gets done about it????
