There is a gap in orders from May 1-14 due to the technical problems. If you placed a kickback order during that time and it's in our system we will give you credit for the order out of our pocket (we did not get commission on those orders.) Please forward me your order confirmation from empire. You must send it from the email address associated with your kickback profile. You can remove your personal info (name, address, etc.) What I need is your order #, order date, ship date, and order amount (minus coupons/shipping/tax.)
