I had high hopes for this site. Gangbangs are great. Usually they let a girl get slutty in a hot way. But being a slut requires consent, and all the fantasy setups on BGB all seem to revolve around a lack of permission. In this way, aren't they all victims instead? And isn't it just rape porn? (obviously the performers are consenting, and even the post-bang interviews are always positive and presumably only there to emphasize this point). I'm not saying there isn't or shouldn't be a place for aggressive or non-consensual fantasies. But wouldn't the without-consent aspect be covered already on the other various Kink BSDM sites? After the first guy, aren't the rest just ancillary? I'm just saying it's a shame that a lot of top performers have done their only gangbang with Kink and from what I've seen they haven't been getting slutty at all. And to me that just seems like a waste. I presume the site has been popular, though, because they've been cranking out a steady stream of content and that can't be easy to upkeep. Kudos to Princess Donna for all the success. But my guess is that these are mostly BSDM fans primarily, not gangbang fans. And maybe that's a bigger niche market after all?
^what's your point? the site is called BOUNDgangbangs, it's for KINK.COM, so why would they take out the element of bondage and kink?? Maybe you could suggest to other companies that they open a gangbang site, but your post is irrelevant here because boundgangbangs.com never was going to be 'just' gangbangs.

It is still a free country (for the most part). People are free to film the scenes they want and credit card companies are also free to establish whatever criteria they want for what merchants they accept as long as the criteria is not discriminatory by law. When both of those freedoms are not in sync, one party, usually the one with the weaker bargaining position has to compromise what they would like to do to accommodate the other if they want to continue to do business with them. That's all that's happening here. Negotiation and compromise is and always has been part of doing business. I would love the porn companies to say "screw visa, we are going to film what we want and we will figure out another way to get paid by our customers", but they are choosing not to take that approach.

^ No, they are free to choose what merchants they wish to deal with as long as it doesn't legally constitute discrimination. Their refusal to do business with a company would have to be shown to be based on one of the "protected categories" like age, race, religion, veteran status, sexual orientation etc. in order for it to constitute discrimination under the law. So visa couldn't refuse to deal with a company solely because they were run by blacks or hispanics or because they were owned by gays or because their products were primarily sold to Iraqi military veterans and visa viewed those veterans as killers fighting an unjust war or the company sold exclusively to Muslims and visa didn't like Muslims. Stuff like that. I'm sure you've seen signs in some restaurant windows "we reserve the right to refuse service". Same thing. A restaurant could refuse to serve you because of what your t-shirt says or that you are not wearing shoes but they couldn't refuse to serve you because you are black or elderly or wearing a yarmulke or a cross around your neck. Unfortunately visa is within their rights to choose not to deal with a website that sells vids of guys pissing into girls' mouths or tying them up and simulating bondage or torture. I and many other porn fans love that stuff but unfortunately society as a whole would not fault visa for doing that and that's what visa is most concerned about these days...the court of public opinion.
